Who we are
Clientix is an online service for client bookings and client records for beauty salons, barbershops and independent specialists (the "Service"). This policy explains what personal data the Service processes and how.
What data we process
Account data: the name, email and password (stored only in hashed form) of the company owner and staff.
Company data: name, address, working hours, services, prices and booking page settings.
Data of the company’s clients: name, phone, email (if given), bookings, visit history and notes added by the company. The company is the controller of this data; the Service processes it on the company’s behalf.
Technical data: browser type, IP address and request logs needed to run and secure the Service.
Why we need it
To provide the Service: take online bookings, show the calendar, send clients email reminders and Telegram messages if the company turned them on.
To protect accounts, prevent abuse and fix errors.
We don’t sell personal data and don’t use the data of companies’ clients for advertising.
Storage and security
Data travels over a secure connection (HTTPS) and is stored on servers with restricted access. Data is kept while the company account exists and is deleted after the account is deleted, unless the law requires keeping it longer.
Cookies and local storage
The Service uses the browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and remember your language. The Service uses no advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can get a copy of your data, correct it or ask us to delete it. Clients of companies send such requests to the company they booked with, or to us — and we pass them on to the company.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date of the last update is at the top of the page; we will tell users about significant changes by email or in the dashboard.
