General
These terms govern the use of Clientix (the "Service"). By signing up or using the Service you accept them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
Your account
You are responsible for giving true information when signing up and for keeping your password safe. The company owner is responsible for the actions of staff they give access to.
Price
The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will announce them in advance, and you will decide whether to use them.
Your clients’ data
The company decides which client data to enter into the Service and is responsible for collecting it lawfully, including clients’ consent to receive reminders. The Service processes this data only to provide its features — see the Privacy policy.
Prohibited use
Don’t use the Service for spam, fraud, illegal content, attempts to break in or excessive load on the Service. In such cases we may restrict or close access.
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the Service running without interruption, but we don’t guarantee it will be free of downtime or errors. The Service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect losses, including lost income.
Ending use
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete the company account together with its data.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. A new version applies from its publication on this page; we will announce significant changes in advance.
